The Nhance Now Business App facilitates quick management of  service requests in a minimal yet effective manner

  • You could see all the requests along with their status on tapping "Requests" button 
  • Tapping on a request opens a chat window which could be used for quick communication with the customer
  • The chat window has a location pointer and a telephone icon. Tapping on the former gives the client preset location and the latter gives the client contact number
  • The Menu Vertical icon on the extreme right top corner in the chat window gives the option to mark the issue as "Resolved
