Customer can raise a service request via their NhanceNow app by following the steps below:
- Login to NhanceNow account via the app.
- Swipe to find the DX Card of the product/service to which you want the service request to be raised.
- Once you have navigated to the required DX Card, tap on "Request" button to find the available services for the product/service.
- Tap on the required service and fill in the required fields.
- Tap "Submit" to submit the request.
- The status of the request can be retrieved at "Request" section under "Open Requests" and "History" Tab. The former lists all open requests while the latter lists all closed requests.
