Customer can raise a service request via their NhanceNow app by following the steps below:
Login to NhanceNow account via the app.
Swipe to find the DX Card of the product/service to which you want the service request to be raised.
Once you have navigated to the required DX Card, tap on "Request" button to find the available services for the product/service.
Tap on the required service and fill in the required fields.
Tap "Submit" to submit the request.
The status of the request can be retrieved at "Request" section under "Open Requests" and "History" Tab. The former lists all open requests while the latter lists all closed requests.
