The Service Request Summary section in Dashboard summarizes data related to service requests raised by customers via their DX Card.  

Service Request Summary has the following data:

  • All : This value is the total number of service requests raised across all DX Cards issued.
  • New : This value is the number of service requests to which no responses have been given yet.
  • Under Progress : This value is the number of service request that have not be closed.
  • Reopen : This value is the number of service requests that are being reopened by the customer.
  • Resolved : This value is the number of service requests that are resolved and closed.

To access the Service Request Summary, navigate to Dashboard link in the left panel.
