The 'Transactional Communication System' section under 'Settings' in the left panel facilitates configuring automatic Email and SMS trigger for different actions under different modules. 

Following steps will guide you through the feature:

  • Login to Nhance Now Web for business.

  • Navigate to Settings>>Transactional Communication System.

  • Clicking on the link, in the page that follows, different features in Nhance Now will be listed with option to enable/disable SMS and Email for different relevant features.

  • Check mark to enable Email or SMS respectively.

  • Click 'Save' to complete the process.
