Following steps shall help you understand the how a request received/assigned is handled using the Service Engineer app
- Login to the app with your 'Service Engineer' credentials
- Tap on the 'Service History' tab to find all Service Requests assigned to you with their status
- Tap on 'Invoice Generator' tab to generate an invoice post the service. Enter the Service Request ID given by the customer to fetch details of the service request
