Following steps shall help you understand the how a request received/assigned is handled using the Service Engineer app
Login to the app with your 'Service Engineer' credentials
Tap on the 'Service History' tab to find all Service Requests assigned to you with their status
Tap on 'Invoice Generator' tab to generate an invoice post the service. Enter the Service Request ID given by the customer to fetch details of the service request
