The customer to whom a DX Card is assigned can raise a request for the product or service purchased. It is called a Service Request.  The request type can vary according the product/service purchased. 

Service Request can be raised in two ways

  • Using the app, the customers can themselves raise available service requests (Learn How)

  • The business owner can raise a request on behalf of the customer via their web login (Learn How)
